During the Term and after this Agreement is terminated, the confidentiality requirements will still be in effect. Regardless of whether it was given before or after the date of this Agreement or how it was given to the Agency, all written and spoken information and material revealed or provided by the Client to the Agency under this Agreement is considered Confidential Information.
